💭 ғʀᴏᴍ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴏᴍᴀɴᴀɪʀᴇ every relationship takes work, but especially marriages. we have this view that marriages are perfect, simple + easy all the time. i think if we received more healthy, sound advice from the Word, people with healthy relationships, + those with experience in being in covenant w someone else, our views of love will change + evolve into being more Christ-like. we would also reap the benefit of a Christ-like love as well.

i have been the nagging woman. not out of spite or anger, but out of true intent to push the person i was with to become better. the only problem is, rather than pushing them, they should be pulled (inspired). Eric made such a strong point when he said “two become one”, not “one become like the other”. women are so powerful than we can win others over without words; however, that means that our actions, decisions + lifestyle should be rooted in the word of God.
